Booking Conditions

  1. Definition :

1.1 “Customer” means the person staying at the hotel.

1.2 “Home-Studio” means the accommodation where the reservation is made.

1.3 “Business” refers to Semiramis Turizm ve Yatırım İşletmeleri A.Ş.

  1. Reservation – Accommodation :

2.1 The customer can make reservations via telephone, fax, e-mail and contracted websites. From the moment of the request, the business confirms the customer’s reservation request according to availability. It reserves the right to confirm.

2.2 The accommodation request is made as specified in article 2.1 and becomes definite as of the date 50% of the total reservation amount is paid by the customer to the enterprise. Payment deadline and method of payment for the confirmation deposit of the reservation request, bank transfer, credit card payment order, etc. it is notified to the customer in writing and confirms the acceptance of the customer to the business in writing. Thus, the reservation is made.

  1. Price and Payment Method:

3.1 Services included in the accommodation price:

– The maximum number of people who can stay in Houses and Studios are stated on our website. Accordingly, providing accommodation services in Homes and Studios for reservations made.

– Breakfast.

– Soft furnishings, furnishings.

– Cleaning.

– Water, heating, electricity, etc.

– Taxes.

– There is a discount for stays of 7 days or more.

– For children, 0-6 age free, 7-16 age 50% discount, within the specified capacities in homes and studios.

3.2 After the 50% payment made during the booking confirmation, the remaining 50% balance must be paid at the latest 14 days before the arrival date. The business has the right to cancel the reservation requests that are not paid on time. Cancellation conditions are specified in Article 5.1.

3.3 For reservations less than 14 days before the arrival date, the full amount is requested.

3.4 For payments to be made in foreign currency, the CBRT foreign exchange selling rate to be taken at the time of entering the business will be valid. Bank transfer, commission, etc. costs cannot be deducted from the accommodation price, they belong to the customer.

  1. Cancellation by the business :

4.1 Any kind of reservation cancellation force majeure conditions and reasons for cancellation by the business will be notified to the customer in writing. In this case, a refund will be made on the amount paid by the customer.

4.2 Business 3.2. can cancel the reservation within the framework of the conditions specified in the article.

  1. Cancellation or change by the customer :

5.1 Any cancellation situation must be stated to the business in writing. In case of cancellation, the penalty conditions are as follows.

After the reservation and date are confirmed, the deposit amount paid is refunded for reservations cancelled up to 14 days before the arrival date for any reason. However, for cancellations made less than 14 days before the arrival date for any reason, the deposit paid will not be refunded, except for official holidays and special dates, the hotel may offer the right to postpone and change dates for 1 (one) year depending on availability

5.2 After the reservation has been made, if the customer wishes to change the house or studio that he/she booked, change the date, change the number of people to stay, the Business; depending on the availability, it can do this for the customer satisfaction without any obligation. The customer agrees to pay the price difference arising from this change

5.3 The customer is recommended to have a cancellation insurance contract.

  1. Business Responsibilities :

The operation is not responsible for any accident, except for the accidents that may occur due to the mistakes of the operating personnel, within the business boundaries of the areas kept for accommodation.

Families with children should pay maximum attention to the safety of their children during their stay. In this sense, the following points are reminded.

  • It is reminded that the houses and studios are not protected due to their construction style and architectural features (there are no handrails and handrails on the stairs, etc.) and that they are historical buildings of non-European standards. The business cannot be held responsible for accidents caused by these situations, for whatever reason. The customer is deemed to have accepted these terms and standards.

The business is not responsible for power and water cuts.

It is reminded that customers with limited mobility may have difficulties at arrivals, entrances and exits to homes and studios.

Customers staying at Gul’s house are responsible for any accident that may arise from the use of the pool and terrace. For this reason, the enterprise cannot be held responsible for any reason. The customer is deemed to have accepted this condition.

  1. Complaints :

Complaints must be made in writing within 30 days of departure.

  1. Other :

These terms are a contract between the Customer and the Company.

  1. Disagreement :

Nevşehir courts are authorized in case of disputes that may arise from the above-mentioned 8-clause conditions.
