Terrace Lounge and Breakfast
Our jams that we make from the fruits of our own gardens or locally purchased seasonal fruits take pride of place in our buffet. Local free-range eggs are used to make omelettes to order and our wide variety of local produce in the open buffet breakfast will be waiting for you every day between 08:00 and 10:30 on our roof top terrace with views up to Uçhisar and across Pigeon Valley. Do not forget to try our rhubarb jam.
After 10:30, tea, filter coffee and cookies are among the facilities that you can enjoy free of charge in our Terrace Lounge until 22:00. Or come up after a day exploring the area for a glass of local wine, a cold beer or a nightcap before returning to your Cappadocian home.
Breakfast Hampers
Our breakfast hampers, which we have been popular with our guests for many years, add a unique pleasure to your stay. For mornings when you do not want to leave your room order one in and prepare a breakfast in your own kitchen.
Please request for your breakfast basket to our reception at least one day before.
Elai Dinners
If you yearn for a special dinner, we suggest our restaurant, Elai. Located in the old village coffeehouse, a rare Cappadocian stone building with impressive high ceilings in Uçhisar. With a welcoming lounge/bar area and its fireplace the menu offers a mouth-watering range of local and foreign meals. In summer enjoy the rooftop terrace with its wonderful view.
